Value Retail operates Bicester Village and 11 luxury outlet shopping villages around the world, including two in China.
Outlets had struggled to retain customers in the current climate, due to competition from online luxury retailers. The differentiator, and key to unlock the campaign, was the daily deliveries of new stock, which allow customers to experience 'Something extraordinary every day'. A bold, confident, fashion-led campaign captured the excitement of the Villages and showcased the amazing brands they have on offer.
Linda helped win the pitch and was the brand guardian for the whole look and feel for the launch of the rebrand of the group.

Following the Paris attacks the French Village and marketing team needed a campaign to encourage tourists as well as Parisiennes to spend a day in the Village.
